You haven't mentioned which Mac OS X version but if you remember the docs new name, press ⌘ spacebar to bring up the Spotlight window in the upper right hand side of your Macs screen (or just click on the Spyglass icon up there). Then type the name and press Return and the results will be displayed. At the top of the results list it will say, 'Show All In Finder'. Select that and look for the Doc in the Finder window that opens and right-click or Ctrl + right-click it's name and select 'Open Enclosing Folder' and you should be right to go (in a perfect world ).

Each account folder contains multiple sub-folders for your Mac Mail folders such as Inbox, Sent Items etc. The folder called Mailboxes is the main storage for your emails. You should copy this folder including all subfolders and files inside to the Windows PC and use it as the Source Folder for the Mac Mail to Outlook Converter.
Unlike PCs, which require manual maintenance to clear temporary file caches, the Mac's UNIX-based operating system is designed to automatically run maintenance and clear temporary files. Emergency situations arise, however, and you may not be able to wait for the next automatic maintenance point. If your unsaved word processor document shuts down unexpectedly or your multi-version file has a large temporary data cache causing a lag on your system, locate your Mac's TMP (temporary) folder using Terminal and your Finder, and manually access or clear files as needed.
